Hydroeletric
According to ANEEL, the National Electric Power Generation units of hydraulic power can be classified as follows:
- Small Hydroelectric Plant (SHP): Characterized by having installed capacity of 1MW and 30MW.
- Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP): Characterized by having an installed capacity exceeding 30 MW.
Brennand Energia has thirteen hydroelectric plants, 2 (two) hydroelectric power plants and 11 (eleven) small hydroelectric plants with installed capacity of 288MW and a dam in construction (21 MW).
