The Brennand Energy Group has achieved other significant results in the environmental field, including financial gains through the sale of carbon credits generated by the energy produced in the Group’s hydroelectric plants.

With certification granted by the UN Climate Change Committee, the Brennand Energia Group has already traded approximately 600,000 tons of carbon credits, a figure that will certainly increase once the new hydroelectric and wind power projects come into operation.
